• BatBlitz reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any reason, including User Content that, in BatBlitz's sole discretion, violates these Terms. BatBlitz may take these actions without prior notification to you or any third party.
• Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  2. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of BatBlitz or any third party;
  3. Engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  4. Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users of the Services;
  5. Using the Services for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of BatBlitz;
  6. Interfering with or disrupting the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services;
  7. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any other computer systems or networks connected to the Services;
  8. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
